Above based on thermal conductivity of 0.020 W/m K for the insulation core tested to BS EN 13165:2001.
Fire
HPT Carrier panels (80mm - 175mm) are LPCB - LPS 1181 part 1 approved.
LPS1181 insurance approval consists of a series of fire growth tests for panels used on the external envelope of buildings. The level of approval is EXT-B and EXT-A30.Wall Panels have also been tested to BS476 Part 22 and achieved 64 minutes integrity and 47 minutes insulation.
Materials
External Steel substrate: Hot-dip galvanised steel with a Z275 zinc/Galvalloy coating Internal Steel substrate: Hot-dip galvanised steel with a Z225 zinc coating Insulation: PIR closed cell, CFC & HCFC free, zero ODP. Finishes
Internal face: Smooth or 100mm ribbed white polyester coated steel, nominal 25 microns coating thickness providing high levels of durability, easy cleaning and colour stability. External face: Smooth Primer: Designed for standard environments, unseen areas - nominally 7-10 micron nominal coating thickness - standard colour white, grey or green. Subject to certain geographic locations & facade type, an external steel finish may prove to be a more robust option to that of primer (all external steels are outlined on our HPT External panel section).
Promoting agent applied under the 0.7mm external face to provide a superior bonding strength giving greater pull out values.

Tongue and groove joint achieves low air leakage and excellent thermal continuity and performance.
Quality & Durability
HPT panels are manufactured under a BS EN IS0 9001 quality management system using high quality materials on a dedicated continuous high-speed production process ensuring long-term durability and overall life expectancy.
Guarantees & Warranties
HPT will provide external coating and product warranties and guarantees on an individual project basis.
HPT Carrier (80mm - 175mm) has achieved LPCB Approval to LPS 1181 Part 1.Packaging
HPT insulated panels are typically stacked horizontally with facing sheet upwards. Removable protective foam is placed between each panel. The top, bottom and sides are protected and the entire pack is wrapped in polythene. The number of panels in each pack depends on panel length, thickness and weight. Optional protective film available to panel faces.
